All Jewelry at Saanchi's is handcrafted by professional karigars who have decades of experience in making jewelry. Most pieces at Saanchi's are embellished with Precious and Semi-precious stones therefore we want to take a moment to elucidate more of how you can take care of Saanchi's Jewelry.

Plated Silver Jewelry (Rose Gold, Rhodium or Gold)

• Always add silver jewelry to your outfit at the end when you are done applying makeup, cosmetics, perfumes and sprays etc. Wearing them earlier can cause your silver jewelry to lose its shine and tarnish easily.
• Do not wash your Plated Silver jewelry. They don't need that sort of cleaning.
• Be sure to remove your silver ornaments when you are going to clean, wash or work with chemicals etc. These have the potential to significantly reduce your jewelry’s beauty and quality!
• Plated Silver Jewelry is most preferred for Occasional use only. 
• Do not bath with your silver jewelry on. We know you love our jewelry but having a bath wearing it is certainly a No-No. 

• Silver when exposed to the natural elements, is destined to Tarnish. That doesn't mean the purity of silver is low. Just take a dry cotton cloth and wipe it/rub it gently. Your silver will be sparkling in no time!
• Do not use any kind of chemicals on your Silver Jewelry. 
• Non - Plated/ Antique silver jewelry doesn't need much maintenance in contrast to Plated Silver Jewelry. But that doesn't mean you become careless towards it. Just take care of it.

• Avoid using Velvet Boxes for Storing Jewelry.
• All necklaces should lie flat to avoid any bending. In general, pieces of jewelry should not be placed on top of one another in a box, pouch or drawer.
• Observe your jewelry for any small damages regularly as repairing a cracked piece of jewelry is easier than repairing a broken one. For any repairs or advice don’t hesitate to contact us!
• Note: We recommend that the jewelry is kept in the case provided by Saanchi's or in any plastic case with tissue paper or cotton to prevent it from damaging or tarnishing.

Lastly, We at Saanchi's are responsible for the quality of our Jewelry. We are not responsible for how our customers maintain it. Therefore, any service like repairs, polish or re-stringing will attract a minimal charge according to the piece.
